Six in the Fifth Place, as a yielding line occupying the honored position, ought originally to harbor regret. Yet because of its great brightness, to which those below compliantly adhere, its regret is able to vanish.
Since those below are of one virtue and compliantly attached, one ought to extend sincere trust, delegate responsibility, exhaust the talents of all people, and make known the will of all under heaven, no longer relying solely upon one's own discernment or agonizing over gains and losses.
Advancing in this manner, it is auspicious and nothing fails to further.
Six in the Fifth Place is the lord of great brightness; the worry is never a lack of illuminating insight, but rather the excessive use of brightness leading to petty scrutinizing and thereby losing the way of delegation.
Thus the admonition is given: do not fret over loss or gain. Indeed, when private bias governs and one delegates without inspection, obscurity arises; yet in exhausting the public good of the entire realm, how could one resort again to petty personal scrutiny?
